We focus on problems operators actually feel: configuration drift, secret sprawl, dependency and subscription fog, remote access that teams do not fully control, and delivery tooling that gets in the way. Prefer systems you can run, inspect, and recover. Prefer fewer products done properly over a wide catalogue of half-finished ideas.
